Training is divided into 4 Phase program:

Phase 1: Production Floor seeing and Doing  
Visit to production of Omega covering sections Mechanical, Wiring, Testing, R&D, Exports, Quality Control, Finished Goods Store etc.
Phase 2: Project Fabrication and Experimentation 
Students experiment or make their breadboard based projects with the tools provided by us.
Phase 3: Practical Lecture by Employees and Guests
Practical oriented lectures are arranged in diversified fields according to the training schedule content and details.
Phase 4: Introduction to New Technologies
New technologies are demonstrated and explained how they are made in R & D Department. Includes Robotic Kits, Antenna Training Systems, GPS Trainer (Global Positioning System) etc. This gives edge in understanding new technology right from the conceptual idea.
